Try a Bike and Cycling Sessions – Suitable for all ages

We offer hourly onsite sessions at our cycling track for all ages and all abilities, every day during opening times. Try out as many of our cycles as you like, in a safe environment. £7 children, £8 adults (over 16). Parents and carers are free, so are children under 2. 

During the session, our expert staff will support you to select a bike that best meets you needs, regardless of age or ability. They are experienced in recommending the best option for disabled people and those who have health conditions or are going through rehab. 

**Groups welcome. We regularly host groups with varying needs, from supported housing settings, schools and care organisations.**

**Referrals welcome. We regularly support people who have been referred by GPs, physiotherapists or other medical professionals to use our specialist bikes.**

Accessible & Specialist Cycle Hire

We have a large range of adapted cycles to enable people of all ages and abilities to access cycling. We are proud to say we can get anyone on a bike, come try out a trike, hand cycle, go-cart or tandem. We have them all, and many more!

Two wheel bike hire

We have a range of two wheel mountain bikes or hybrid bikes available for hire. This includes children and adult sizes – fun for all the family! 

Cycle Training

We provide the whole array of cycle training: Tots on Tyres (for small children building confidence towards being ready for two wheels); teaching beginners learn to ride; cycle skills and road safety training level 1, 2 and 3. 

Companion Rides

Want to ride in a group? We offer companion rides and other guided group rides along the Clyne Valley and Swansea Bay cycle paths. Please contact us to find out more.

Bike Maintenance

Learn how to fix your bike and gain new skills, beginners and improvers training available. We can teach groups or individuals on site and out in the community.

Dr Bike

We can deliver basic bike checks and sessions to groups on a bespoke basis, where we come to you. Book a session with us now by getting in touch.

Repairs

We are able to offer repairs and servicing of bikes on a limited basis, please contact us to find out more.

Second hand bikes & bike donations

Got an old unloved bike that needs a new home? Look no further, we take donated bikes! All bikes donated to us are serviced with love, then sold to anyone in need with all profits put back into the charity.
