On-site cycling activities, lessons and training

BikeAbility Wales is open for try a bike sessions, cycling play sessions, bike hire, assessments, guided rides and 1:1 lessons every:

  • Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday between 10am and 3.30pm
  • Saturday between 9am and 12pm (from 1st March 2025)

Booking is essential – we are not able to provide sessions on a drop in basis. To attend the venue you must book in advance by emailing info@bikeabilitywales.org.uk or calling 07584044284

We will also be running our popular Tots on Tyres, Cycle Skills and Road Safety sessions during the 2025 school holidays. Please visit our ‘Training’ page on this website for more details. 

Training Costs
One to one lessons – learn to ride

£30 per person per hour/£25 discount

Half hour £17.50 (under 6yrs)/ £15 discount
National Standards Cycle Training Level 1 £25 per person
National Standards Cycle Training Level 2  £45 per person

 Please call to collect and drop off bikes outside advertised opening hours.  Booking essential for off site hire!

Please call to pre book bikes for off site use. Proof of identity: A valid form of I.D. (such as a driving licence, bank card or passport) will be retained for the duration of the hire. Bikes must be secured when left unattended. Loss or damage to hired equipment is the customer’s responsibility. We accept payments by cash, cheque or card.
