These sessions are intended to give people the skills and confidence needed to ride on today’s roads and to get people out on their bikes!
Level 1 and 2 courses are run every half term and school holidays. We can arrange bookings for individuals or groups outside of these times.
Level 1: Takes place in a traffic free environment at our venue, working on skills such as using brakes, cornering and signalling. Age 8+, trainees must be able to ride a bike. Sessions last 2 hours. Cost £20 per individual, booking essential.
Level 2: Trainees must pass Level 1 training before they can do Level 2. Takes place on quieter residential roads, and gives you a real cycling experience so that you are able to deal with traffic on short journeys such as cycling to school or work. Age 10+. Sessions last 4 hours. Cost £30 per individual, booking essential.
At the time of booking £15 deposit is needed. If you need to cancel or rearrange 24hr notice must be given, otherwise the deposit will be lost!
