For little ones who can’t ride, start them young and have some fun! This relaxed session can use all types of bikes and an obstacle course to build up skills to move closer to riding a two wheel bike.
Cycle skills training for new beginner riders who must be able to ride a bike. This course builds confidence and focuses on skills in preparation for Road Safety Level 1. Suitable for anyone new to riding two wheels
For all Road Safety training payment is taken at the time of booking. If you need to cancel or rearrange, 24hrs notice must be given otherwise the deposit will be lost.
Learn to safely control your bike. The training takes place in a traffic free environment at our venue.
Trainees must be able to ride a bike and must pass Level 1 training before they can do Level 2 training.
Approximately 1.5 hours, £25 per individual.
Level 2 training takes place on quieter residential roads, and gives you a real cycling experience so that you are able to deal with traffic on short journeys such as cycling to school or work.
Approximate time 4 hours , £45 per individual.
The course covers dealing with hazards, making ‘on-the-move’ risk assessments and planning routes for safer cycling. When you reach Level 3 standard you will be able to deal with all types of road conditions and more challenging traffic situations (suitable for teenagers and adults). Approximate time 3 hours £65 per individual.
