BIKEABILITY WALES IN PARNERSHIP WITH MIXTUP

Children & Young People's
Inclusive Cycling Guide

Inclusive cycling is a wonderful way for people of all ages and abilities to get outdoors, have fun and experience freedom and independence. Thanks to funding from True Colours Trust, BikeAbility Wales has worked with Mixtup to create this guide to help inspire children and young people to give inclusive cycling a try.

I don't ride a two wheel bike - is cycling for me?

Cycling is for everyone! You can ride a two wheel bike, a three wheeler or another type of specialist bike.

Cycling is fun, exciting, good exercise and gets you outdoors.
